Anna holds a Master’s Degree in Counseling and is working toward licensure as a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor. She works with individuals navigating anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, trauma, hopelessness, low motivation, and feelings of disconnection or lack of support. Recognizing the courage it takes to begin counseling, Anna strives to create a calm, welcoming environment where clients feel safe, supported, and free to share openly.
Anna believes therapy should feel collaborative, supportive, and personalized, and she works alongside each client to develop a holistic plan for growth and healing. Her approach incorporates coping skills, grounding techniques, and practical strategies that support emotional wellness and healthier daily living. She values moving at each client’s pace, helping individuals make manageable and meaningful changes that lead toward their unique therapeutic goals.
Her therapeutic style is rooted in a person-centered approach and incorporates elements of Solution-Focused Brief Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), strengths-based approaches, positive psychology, adventure therapy, and play therapy techniques. She values flexibility in the therapeutic process and tailors her approach to meet each client’s individual needs.
Having experienced the transformative impact of therapy in her own life, Anna deeply believes in the power of walking alongside others through both everyday challenges and life’s more difficult seasons. Her Catholic Christian faith is an important part of her personal foundation, and she is comfortable incorporating faith and spirituality into sessions when desired by the client. Anna is passionate about supporting individuals as they move toward greater self-understanding, healing, and growth.
